Dion Harrison

Chief Diversity Officer

Dion leads all the Elevate Diversity & Inclusion programs, which currently includes: Women in Technology, LGBTQ employee group and the Mosaic Multicultural networks.  The vision for these networks is to leverage our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds to create a high-performing organization prioritizing respect and equality within the company, while promoting involvement in the community.  Dion has been with Elevate since 2014, and additionally holds the role of Senior Director of Bank Products working specifically with the Today Card.

Dion is an enthusiastic alumni from the HBCU - North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He also has a deep passion for charity work, especially Junior Achievement and TangoTab. He also loves creating art with his daughter and traveling the world for cultural festivals.
